Bad Crowd was founded in 2014 Nikos Moustakas, our main producer who has over 40 years of experience in audiovisual production.

Our main activity is film production and our editorial line concerns mostly art films with strong story lines and documentaries centering around social issues. Through our international network of artists, we aim to create artworks all over the world and we count a great number of films, along with participation and award-winning at international festivals.

We aim for every project to be an international co-production. We have co-produced with France, Turkey, Serbia, Italy, Romania, Argentina, Cyprus, Norway, among others. We actively participate in programs supported by Creative Europe and Eurimages as well as co-production markets.

Our latest projects include VOLUME 7 (2025) by Despina Charalampous and Panos Pappas, which premiered in Thessaloniki IFF, INK WASH (2024) by Sara Tsorakidis which made its world premiere in Toronto International Film Festival, NEW CONTINENT (2023) by Pandelis Pagoulatos with a premiere in Thessaloniki IFF, and KRISTOS THE LAST VHILD (2022) by Giulia Amati, which premiered in Venice FF. ​
