   CHOCOLATE PIE
A  funny and delicious theatrical performance
    for children and teenagers
    by Niki Tsetika

It is a theatrical performance for both children and teenagers. A path to adulthood or in other words to consummation. A journey to a great goal, the creation of a chocolate pie…

A chocolate pie which will be made by the same ingredients. In that journey, that is taking place inside a pot so small for the viewers but big and magical enough for our ingredients, many sacrifices and strain is required. They need to learn how to collaborate, discuss, argue and … listen.

The ingredients by maintaining their particularity will collide with each other, love, get angry, be sad, question… Through these conditions they will get closer. They will be a team and learn the meaning of solidarity.

Despite they don’t always have the control of their movements because is not their choice everything that is happening, our ingredients – sugar, flour, almond, cocoa, egg, butter and the chocolate – will learn through laughing, dancing and singing to face troubles which are many but exactly that is what the y will learn, that you can’t conquest anything without strain and eagerness.

The ingredients really want to tell us their story and teach us the importance of collaboration on the goal hunting and their achievement through hard work.
